They killed him. When will people learn to neuter their cats? They should be fined for letting them wander un-neutered. I'm serious. Owners should keep their cats indoors OR neuter them, period. Fine the irresponsible people, which will fund no-kill shelt

If adoptingthe fee used to be $35, I have heard it went down to $25 but that may just be for summer. It is free to foster him until he finds a home. Will just cost someone food and litter.
