It's a simple parabola which may or may not have anything to do with Obama. Something similar happens every day due to the rotation of the Earth around the sun. Only the most rabid would give Obama credit for that.
People will see what they want to: I see Banks Making $ Not loaning. Insurance Companies making profits Not covering sick people. The GOP Not helping with the Recovery- But taking Credit for Stimulus Projects in their States. Obama is on track with the
