Not only did this just "appear" in my Home, but... well yeah, it did just appear. This is a Commerce I was not aware the USA had with Russia. Is this the Punishment the Russians have to go through for losing the Cold War? Because I thought we lost that... by participating in the Cold War. This just Boggles my mind. The worst part?
