poor Owen! breaks my heart to see her faced bruised. dont feed her any eggs. maybe an old wive's tale but you're not supposed to eat eggs when you have a cut or injury to the face or it'll scar

Wow! I have a scar at almost that exact spot on the other cheek and I got it at around her age :O that is weird.. But I'm glad she's okay :)
