Training isn't training without the beats.! I love listening to music when I am grinding up a hill or attacking the flat. Gets the adrenaline pumping! :P

The noose and the rapist
The fields overseer
The agents of orange
The priests of Hiroshima
The cost of my desire
Sleep now in the fire"
Kia Ora Lance from Little New Zealand, hope you get well soon, im sure you will be back on the bike soon, no need to be sad accidents happern, all you need do is keep smiling!
haha.. every night at bedtime, when it's time to turn out the lights, either my husband, 8 year old daughter, or I will say "guerilla radio!" family traditions.. lol.. Hope you're feeling better Lance. The wine should help :P
I will always like you very much not matter if you win or loose or fall. Have a good recovery. And maybe better dont overtake you if you come back. If exhaustet from the one race(San Remo) it is much harder to stay away from masscrashes in the next race d
Maybe it was also a bit too tough, too exhausting for you to ride 2 such hard races directly after one another after 3 years break and in that fast and struggeling peloton in the endfight of a race. Mailand- San Remo was too long and hard and now the Vuel
Oh Lance, it hurts me too to see you sit in that bus holding your hurting sholder. What a pity. Have so much sympathy with you. Bad Luck comes and goes. I wish you a good recovery. Love from Germany Cora
