Why dont you train in other warmer areas? You have your own plane and could go to Teneriffa? But it is also a beautiful romatic, peacefull, calm silent sight there. Dont catch a cold.

When I was a bike courier we rode in this and worse all winter. Put studded tires on your bike and have some fun! You get used to it.
