I like #2. It looks like the star gives something to the circles and then they run with it.

I like the dots/star from 4, the font from 2, white background, and the text "PaskAward". We can make it "Pask2009" for each year.

I like the widgets in #2 and #3, and the font, but maybe just the "Pask" as the text.
