In former times we had also such things outside on the old houses named stuck in Germany on the. Also faces of devils or eagles, flowers, lances. heraldic figures and so on to prefent the house from the evel. Or Lions heads above the entrance door and so

It also reminds me of some kings flags or heraldic figure or coat of arms. There seems to be a devils face in center of the star? The right things looks like the tip of a Lance which also fits good to your name.

If you look closely, you can see the letters O B E Y. Obey is one of Shep Farley's slogans (he's the designer of the bike's decoration)
