Oh dear, this looks like the remnants of a long day at work--and I work at an animal hospital. ;)

Substitute the egg whites for a beef gravy made of beef broth and flour (or you can buy it jarred) and you have Swedish meatballs. Lingonberry jam is the classic condiment with this dish but the peach salsa will do.
