typical Charter "customer service" — we actually dropped Charter becaues of that and went without cable for two years before AT&T U-Verse came to our rescue.
Yeah, could have been more helpful. I still keep my Charter account open because I had DSL at my house first and Charter was ultimately 3 times faster for my location, and cheaper as I didn't need to keep a landline.
