I had an identical left TKR on 22 May also with a spinal aneathetic.

Ugh! I literally feel your pain sister. Blew out my ACL and anterior MCL in a scooter incident near Quepos. My two cents: Try your best walking heel-toe so you strain your calves aren't overcompensating.
