So if anyone can tell me what I am doing wrong cause I get this code 2 error everytime I try to download the url and no luck... so if someone has the update downloaded, please show how... :)

The winterboard update in Cydia is not made by saurik. It comes from david ashman and is no good until the update for 3gs is out, which is at apt.saurik.com/debs/winterboard

I tired downloading the apt.saurik.com and get a code 2 error. its winterboard updated as of yesterday!

lol i googled ielegance and it is in fact NOT the theme pictured here... this theme is called icomplete

@dankreiner The app that gives you the battery % is A)NOTHING setting under usage or B) SBSetting and that also give you the amount of free memory left. and the theme is iComplete. Its a pretty nice theme with A LOT of customizations to the iphone.

i don't know i only have a 3g s so i can't check but it sure looks like the ielegance theme i had on my 3g but perhaps i jumped the gun...
