He looks a lot older in real life, and also the sketch gives him a thinner face. The sketch actually looked like someone I know (a real jerk neighbour) but since I'm in Montreal and I know my neighbour was here too, I knew it wasn't him!!

If you cover up the top of his head where the hat would be - the sketch does have strong similarities to the picture.
