"85 year old Aisha, and her brother Ahmed who is 73, live in a small yard in the #Gaza Strip with no electricity or clean water supplies. They rely on neighbours to light their home with a makeshift electricity wire. After suffering multiple blood clots, Aisha’s mobility has severely deteriorated, and she has lost the sight in her left eye. Ahmed has a mental disability and, like Aisha, suffers from blocked blood vessels which affect his physical health. Interpal provides Aisha and Ahmed with a monthly sponsorship allowing them to cover their most basic needs and to celebrate Eid each year."
