To those who disapprove of this photo, apparently you havent had ENOUGH of brats running about free-range, with parents (either purposefully or pretending to be) ignorant about it. I'm disappointed with the general response here. This should be applauded!
lol oh geez.... if you can't handle your kids please dont bring them in to TJMaxx and dont put them on the leash... how embarassing... poor kid doesnt look too happy either

That kid is too goddman old to be on a fucking leash. Also, it's a kid, not a dog. Why doesn't she just carry in in her fucking purse like a REAL dog?
