Home Made Peshawari Chapli Kabab Recipe: 
Qeema+a little maize flour (makae ka ata)or basin+chopped onion+chopped tomatoes+chopped green chillies+ chopped green onion+ salt+red crushed raw chillies+zeera+crushed raw coriander seeds (koota howa dhanya)+ anar dana+crushed raw garam masala+ egg: knead well to be mixed well- make round balls- pat them to make round kabab- put lighly fried egg(lighly mixed in a pan)in the centre of kabab+bone marrow in centre(take bone marrow by boiling the bone in salty water and it will come out easily from bones)- now fry on wide tawa (or wide flat pan) with oil or natural beef/mutton fat (Dull).
