Poor Regis was dumped at a rural pound with a dislocated hip. He has fully recovered from his surgery and his foster family has worked hard to help him regain the strength in his back leg. Regis still has some trouble with stairs, so a home where he can spend the majority of his time on the first floor is ideal.
