The Eleventh Commandment of #Romania : "Thou Shalt Not Love!" In the following video you will see Romania's corrupt Law 258/2013, also known as 'Law Ionut' - more commonly known as the 'Slaughter Law' - in action....

A lady, crying, begging, trying to have her (owned) dog released from the claws of the dog catchers who now operate illegally, at night, like thieves, because that is what they are, since the suspension of the Methodological Norms for Law 258/2013 and which makes the catching and killing of dogs illegal.

Since there are almost no stray dogs left in Bucharest given that the authority's figure of 65,000 free roaming dogs living in Bucharest, was ridiculously inflated, they are now stealing dogs from people's yards, or while people are walking them on the leash simply because every caught dogs means 2019 LEI (+/- 50 euro) for the dog catcher company operating under contract for ASPA - which stands for 'Autoritatea pentru Supravegherea şi Protecţia Animalelor' and which, ironically, means: Authority for the Supervision and Protection of Animals and which is currently under investigation by the Romanian National Anti-Corruption Directorate (DNA).

50 euro is a lot of money in a country where the average income is of about 320 euro/month.

How low can a country fall?

And how blind must the European Union be so that they can keep looking away - apparently unaffected - while human rights are being violated in a member-country of the so-called 'European Family' and this on a daily basis? Or should we say: "nightly basis"?

This video reminds us of the story of Monica, who, in a polarized land where compassion is dying and where the introduction of a 'Slaughter Law' provides for every animal on the street to be dragged away and killed, one women exemplified natural protective compassion and love.... and made international headlines...

Romania is now ruled by a Law of Terror. A Law of Division! A Law of Humanity Diminishment! A Law which creates a grotesque profitability based on death.

How low can a country fall? How long can a government flounder in the sewers of inhumanity? How long?

How long will the EU watch and simply stand by? How long will the EU keep turning a blind eye?

It was the then-Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn, now one of the 14 vice presidents of the EU-Parliament, from Finland, who pulled Romania into the EU. It was an untimely decision and Mr Rehn have also admitted that himself.

Today, Mr Rehn must be embarrassed yet again... but not because of his decision, but because the EU is failing in getting a member of the EU-Family to respect the Family's rules and values.

ROMANIAN GOVERNMENT:

"You truly are an embarrassment to all EU-member countries. In fact, you are an embarrassment to Europe!"
