OMG!!! This is #Romania an #EU member state!! We found this girl almost dead in the PS Valcea... few more hours and her life would end... she had a big wound, deep and infected. Even the pain was huge, she was hoping to save her... We took her at vet and after one week she is alive. The treatment continues and she is still in the vet office.
