She: Am horrified, my App started playing up last night when it wouldn't let me select "rent film", it deleted my"saved for later" also, but because, i'd had some success online, I then excitedly rented 4 films (instead of just 1) & Now, My app doesn't recognise my password!????  So now, I can't watch my films that I've already paid for!! I can't contact them, as they have No email address!!?!?? Where's trading standards when you need them, because this isn't fair, I feel so cheated & tricked by this corporation! Leaders in technology they aren't! Coz they ain't even got a customer email address, to aid customers more swiftly.
