saying we are 'happy to apologise' is pretty much the standard terminology in print and media. No matter how crap the sun is, the collected stupidity of these comments has somehow made them look like the smart guys. #commentators fail?

"Happy to apologise" isn't the same as "We apologise". Means: we'll do it if you insist but we don't really want to. #sunfail once again.

Surely we all missed this because nobody actually reads The Sun, so nobody cares, they only misspelled it to see it anyone was watching...
