新生姜の甘酢漬け。ガリより厚めの2ミリくらいにスライスして、赤紫蘇を色づけに使いました。 さっぱりした甘さで、生姜の香りが爽やかにします。 甘酢が生姜に馴染んだ2～3日後が食べごろです。

幸福の四つ葉のクローバー。四つ葉のクローバーは幸せを感じるし、いろんなこと願ったりするよね。私も四つ葉のクローバーを見つけたとき、当分の間、願掛けしてたもん。

葉についた水滴を見て、その中にある逆さの世界が気になりました。空から来た少しずつの水の粒が、これから行く大きな流れの前で、葉っぱの上でお休み中。

ハスはレンゲ（蓮花）とも呼ばれ、5月の誕生花ですね。朝もやの中、一面に咲く蓮の花を見てみたいなあ。ハスの花はご存知のように、早朝に花が開き午後には花が萎んでしまうため、花の見頃の時間帯は午前中ですね。
