Day 1 Of My Detox.I bought a $30 juicer.Bought Kale,Apples,ginger,Spinach,Celery,Par​sley,Blueberries,Strawberries,​Celery and my meal every day will be plain brown rice. Made a Apple based spinach kale drink.For Dinner Eating Rice and made a Apple Based Strawberry and blueberry juice.
