Sorry for the rough sketch. The building should stand on NW and entrance will be back of this sketch. South and west part of the lot should be used as a community area. Some kids area too. The building can be fat horse shoe shape to have soring lobby and enclosed with structure and glass. North side pf all the lot can share this cavity as a thermal insulation. Well, hard to explain.
