For some reason, the red wire was disconnected from the motor and taped back! Reconnected, motor works fine.

Well, it looks correct....time now to plug it in and see if the switch explodes. Mwahahahaaaaaa.......

Front of the blower. The black around the edge is old caulking from previous installation. Harmless.

Need to also clean off the deposits. The whole cooler has that. It's very common bc of Bakersfield's hard tap water.

The pads are a plastic mesh w antifungal/algae/bacteria coating. Still have a bit of life left in 'em.

Pump sends water up through the tubes on top, which then drip water onto the pads on 3 sides.
