The aurora at its best for us at 2am. This is only 2nd one with purple in it after 25 events here.
While preping to dock STS135 flew over UK. 1st cloud free land is Gower Coast, at end Sussex, Kent. Thx NASA TV.

It is a few years since we had Noctilucent Clouds quite as bright as this.
