BELIZE POLICE REPORT 8th May, 2013
CARNAL KNOWLEDGE
On 07.05.13 (May 7, 2013) at about 4:30pm, acting upon information received police visited an abandoned concrete house on Apollo St Belama Phase 4. At the abandoned house was 26 year old Edwin Emmanuel Coye of Apollo St address Belama Phase 4 with a 14 year old student. They were both escorted to the Police Station where they met the mother of the minor along with a Social worker. The minor reported that on the 06.05.13 (May 6, 2013), sometime after 3:00pm Coye met her at the bus stop on Apollo St. where she followed him to the abandoned house where she had sexual intercourse with him. Sometime between 4:00pm and 4:30pm on 07.05.13 (May 7, 2013), she met him at the bus stop again where upon his request, she went with him to the same abandoned house and he had sexual intercourse with her. Police has since detained Edwin Coye pending charge of Carnal Knowledge.
POSTMORTEM
Reference the death of John Paul Fernandez which occurred on 04.05.13. Dr. Mario Estradabran conducted a post mortem examination where he certified that the cause of death was Bronchial Aspiration due to head and neck trauma as consequences of a gunshot wound.
PUNTA GORDA
CARNAL KNOWLEDGE
A 14yr old, Belizean Domestic of Punta Gorda Town reported in the presence of her mother that on the 27.1.13 Jan 27, 2013) at 1:00am, 28.3.13 (March 3, 2013) at 12:00am and on the 6.5.13 (May 6, 2013) at 5:30pm she had sexual intercourse at her house with her boyfriend Brian Garcia. She was taken to the Punta Gorda Hospital for medical examination where doctor certified that the minor is carnally known and is 17 weeks pregnant. Police has detained Brian Garcia, 19yrs, Belizean unemployed of Dangriga Town pending charges of Carnal Knowledge.
CARNAL KNOWLEDGE
On 07.05.13 (May 7, 2013) at about 11:35am acting upon information received Police officers visited a residence on Ogaldez Street, Punta Gorda Town where 15year old minor, Belizean Student was found in the company of Rasheed Elijio. As a result the minor and her mother were escorted to the Police Station, where the minor reported that on seven occasions she had sexual intercourse with Rasheed Elijio. The minor was taken to the Punta Gorda Hospital for medical examinations where Doctor Certified that the minor is carnally known. Police has since detained Rasheed Elijio, 18yrs, Belizean fisherman of Dangriga Town pending charges Carnal Knowledge.
