Oregon Scientific Heart Rate Logger is pretty cool, just clip it on and it records the data and sets up the graph.

Bought this at the dollar store... next sucka that cuts me off while I'm riding my bike is going to "hear" it!

Bought one of these "parmalat"-type milks as a back-up for when I run out, also because its great for biking!
