TIP: before I cover the pot, I always add a few dashes of Cajun Seasoning for the top layer!
Add the remaining Kale! At this point it shld be towering over the pots top! Add more water & cover!
Here's where you make it your own! Season you kale in the middle of piling it in! Have fun!
As the onions are sweating on the stove, drain the kale and wash each leaf and set them to the side.
Add the onions to the pot. Salt & pepper them. Cover and let them sweat it out!!
While the Kale soaks, I diced an onion to add to the pot with w/half cup ExtraVirginOliveOil.
I use salt water to cause a gentle abrasion to release any dirt on the kale #twooking
Let the twooking begin!! First up! Soak the kale in warm salt water...
