Casey Anthony not guilty! Circumstantial evidence did not work for prosecutors. Reasonable doubt still lives in the system of justice in US ... what a great concept. To expect to put a defendant to death using evidence that does not hold up with the jurors is a travesty of law. Prosecutors better think long and hard before wasting court valuable resources bringing cases to court not supported by the evidence.

Osama bin Laden could run and hide, but not forever... It took a "wimpy" Democrat “community organizer” to bring the most wanted terrorist to justice... Obama's in the house! In Bin Laden’s house! and in the White House.
After nearly 10 years on the lamb, and after all is said and done, it took a Democrat to finally get rid of Osama bin Landen forever... Not bad for a "community organizer." Republicans, coordinate this.
Not President Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney nor the rest of the incompetent Bush administration were able to achieve what President Obama accomplished in only two years of his presidency.
The President’s strength, and his resolution without hesitation, was demonstrated when he affirmed the mission that finally captured and killed the most wanted terrorist in the world..
Finally, the American people can begin to feel a sense of satisfaction, and peace.
I remember that during Obama's campaign for President he promised the American People that he would do whatever it took to find Osama bin Laden and bring him to justice. Yesterday, the President delivered what he promised.
President Obama can proudly fly the "Mission Accomplished" banner high and proud. The President's promise to get Osama was not a campaign slogan for votes as the "George Bush" so-called mission accomplished banner was... this Dem delivered! The most wanted terrorist in the world is now in the ocean as shark bait.
Birthers, Tea Baggers and the rest of the crazy, twisted unhappy people out there who were foaming at the mouth looking forward to knocking out Obama in 2012, I think their "get rid of Obama" dream just went up in smoke.
Let’s put it this way: the killing of Osama bin Laden is going to significantly change the political game plan for Republicans, Tea Baggers and Birthers… President Obama is in the house! … In the White House! For six more years! Peace!

I was driving on Highland when I hit the intersection Wilshire when I noticed a large group of people carrying signs and screaming their heads off with slogans of anger demanding freedom for their brothers and sisters in Egypt. I did not have my professional camera so I pulled out my iPhone. It was electrifying!

Julie Taymor's version of 'The Tempest,' the main character is now a woman named Prospera. Going back to the 16th or 17th century, women practicing the magical arts of alchemy were often convicted of witchcraft. In Taymor's version, Prospera is usurped by her brother and sent off with her four-year daughter on a ship. She ends up on an island; it's a tabula rasa: no society, so the mother figure becomes a father figure to Miranda. This leads to the power struggle and balance between Caliban and Prospera; a struggle not about brawn, but about intellect. In Shakespeare's fantastical thriller the magician Prospero orchestrates spirits, monsters, a grief-stricken king, a wise old councilor, two treacherous brothers and a storm at sea into a fantastical conspiracy bringing banishment, sorcery and shipwreck into the lives of two hapless lovers to stir and seal their fate. Here Prospero takes female form as Prospera, giving her journey of vengeance and self-discovery a wholly new resonance. As Prospera breaks her magical staff against an entrancing volcanic landscape at the end of her heroic quest, this poignant story of love and forgiveness translates into a riveting and filmic mystical tale, for our own times.

Please remember the homeless and the poor. Share your blessings with the less fortunate. This woman is an American just like you and needs help. She broke my heart and I could not keep on walking, so I had to let her know I cared. She's elderly, alone on a Brooklyn, NY sidewalk begging for money so that she can eat. In America? How pitiful and disgusting! Whatever happened to "love thy neighbor?
