There isn't much info and I can't eject/dismount it. Is there a terminal command to kill it? Am I the 5th person in history to get a Mac Virus?

Is this a Mac Virus or a misbehaving app?

Any idea why I have an unexplained share on my Mac? Is this a new virus? Is this an app I'm running? Help!
