Easy recovery day at the track. Mile repeats. Was supposed to run 6-min/miles. Felt slow. Went 5:45-ish. 91-deg out today!

The hilliest 8.6-mile run I've ever experienced. Paced with a fast dude. 8-min miles up, 5:50s to 6 on the downs.
