My new PatWalsh crash bars, skid pan, oil-filter guard (the mesh bit) and ... ta daaa ... highway pegs! Also, new steel footpegs to replace the slippery-when-wet OEM ones.

Rode across the border into NSW, round the back of Mt Warning and up a dozen little tracks that invariably ended in some farmer's property. The mountains were covered in drizzly mist and looked very nice.

A car, a boat, a bike and a giant puddle of mud = fun weekend. We knew this puddle would be deep when we saw the boat there. The support vehicle checks it out before I ride through. In the end I opted to ride around. My dual-sport tires aren't very good in mud.
