I forgot to take a photo of the cheese board :O served with raisin and walnut bread (I don't eat cheese that's why!). But here comes the dessert! Dessert: Semifreddo all'arancia con riduzione e scorzette d'arancia, cioccolato fondente / Orange cream semifreddo with orange zest reduction and dark chocolate crumbs. Please note: ALL OF THIS was made from scratch in this house. My dearest chefs, we love you for giving us ideas on what to cook, but we do make it ourselves. My mom will give you a run for your money!
