My 13 Year old coming home from Boston today! His solo trip to visit friends was successful...now I'll be a nervous wreck as he flies home!

Salad! > Apples, blueberries, cranberries, baby greens, celery, walnuts, Oregon Rouge River smoked blue cheese...served w/ dry Rose wine.

My baby boy (13 years old) in en route on his first solo flight! I was a nervous wreck all morning.

Clam sauce! Made a lower calorie version with milk/mushrooms, no cream. Nice summer dish. Served with Berringer Napa Chardonnay.

Sundial Bridge in Redding. 102 degrees, super sunny and I still don't know what time it is!

And dinner is served... Eggplant parm, whole wheat pasta and salad:

Made our pizzas tonight. Mine...eggplant (tossed in olive oil, salt, pepper), mushrooms, olives, red onion, spinach. Very delish!
