The Lost Abbey Angel's Share Oak Brandy Barrel Aged Ale. Heavy caramel malt flavour. No carbonation. Very sweet.

Allagash Curieux: Ale aged in oak bourbon barrels. Outstanding. Great oak flavor; a well rounded ale. So so good.

Port Brewing Midnight Expression Black Lager: Roasted malt much like a porter with a dry finish. Very nice.

Orange, spiced pancakes with honey and shaved chocolate. Perfect for a snowy day.

Allagash Four Ale: 4 malts, 4 hops, fermented 4 times. Very nice.

Drinking a Rogue John John Ale: Dead guy ale aged in whisky barrels. Heavenly amazing. Seriously. Outstanding.

Brooklyn Brewery Black Chocolate Stout. Stupendous. Hands down amazing.

Southern Tier Unearthly Imperial IPA. Really great. A nice sweetness but balanced. Man I love IPAs.

New Belgium Lips of Faith Belgo IPA. I really love this beer.

Rogue double mocha porter. Roasty malty goodness.

Dominion Oak Barrel Stout. Dry hopped w/ vanilla & oak chips. 2 bottles: one bad (sour), The other Really great.

@dogfishbeer 60 minute IPA braised smokey chicken breast with balsamic roasted broccoli and parsnips. AWESOME.

Unibroue 17th Anniversary Ale, 2007 Vintage. Roasted oak shines in this unique strong ale. Very interesting.
