Lunch: Green Tea Baguette I baked, with pork I helped butcher, volunteer lettuce I transplanted, and cilantro from my backyard

SF Loaves #34-35, 100% Whole Wheat, and 6 Green Tea Baguettes. Proofed ovenight wih success! Two more loaves on the way. Anyone want bread?

Calmly proofing Loaves. Will probably bake them in 3 or 4 hours.
