It was an indoor/outdoor idea, with Santa in the chimney.

Mantelpiece - with red licorice candles. The sugar glass was pretty tricky to cook right!

And here are a male & female cardinal. I made the tree with an ice cream cone covered with green-coloured coconut.

I made some "nesting" santas for the mantelpiece. The smallest is about half an inch tall.

Tried entering gingerbread house contest this w/e. Here's my snow lady w "carrot" earrings & Peach Slice hat.
