"bloody Mary" with dashi vodka & tomato water...not really a fan

choc hazelnut gel, (melty) pumpernickel IC, sous vide sweet potato, uhh forgot other things

pistachio soup thingy...pistachio oil, Japanese fish sauce

fun with liquid nitrogen...

Asian peanut-chicken soupy thingy. lots of flavor...not sure if I like it or not. spiciness is nice though

2 kinds of lobster: anesthetized & not. but which is which? (I sampled for science. still don't like lobster)
