The best burger joint hands down and one of the oldest is Joe's down in San Antonio, TX. Been there since the 1940's people come from miles just to eat there!

If ever in Sacramento, try Squeeze Inn's burgers

In-N-Out is good. You should try Bistro Burger, Bullshead, & Nations. They all make great burgers as well.

umami doesnt mean 'a flavour' it is a taste (like sweet sour saltiness and bitteness) that can be sensed on the human tongue

Umami means "flavor" or "tasty". I see a chef on TV talk about it almost everyday. She could be wrong.. But I doubt it, she does it for a living, so there.. I'm just saying :)
