I have heard of this game, I think your suposed to add hair to your opinents head and try to get them to look in the mirrior

so it means: "fool me, if you can" and at the same time: "take my hair off, if you can."

"tomar el pelo a alguien" means "to fool somebody" or "to muck so. about" literally: "to take someones hair"
