For 3g 2.1,jailbreaking using quickpwn is ok for future unlocking. 3g 2.2 has to use pwnnage to preserve the baseband. Is my understanding correct?

iphone carrier in canada is Rogers. Do I have to use other carrier's sim card during unlocking process? Or I can just leave Roger's sim card in iphone 3g during unlocking process? Once iphone 3g is unlocked, do I have to unlock again with different non-ip

MuscleNerd, i have a jailbroken (with pwnage 2.2) 3G Iphone, unlocked via turbo SIM-which isnt working so well, can I get my iphone soft unlocked with yellowsn0w by reverting to earlier version? Is that possible, or does yellowsn0w work with 2.2 now?

So, judging from your screenshot, the unlock works on firmware version 2.2 as well? That would be awesome.

What app do you run to emulate what you see on your iPhone on your computer?

@csalinastx to answer your question sort of, I have read that T-Mobile uses a different frequency for it's 3G network than AT&T, one that the iPhone doesnt have. So it seems that a 3G iPhone will only work on Edge... Weak-sauce.

So now this bring up the number one question. Will it be posible to use T-Mobile's 3G Service back here in the states.
