exactly as someone said earlier..city hadnt clean the drains out..looks like claims to the city will go up...oh and don't let them say..."its just too much rain at once"..we knew about this storm for over a week now

This area has flooded before. Last time it was simply because the City hadn't cleaned out the storm drains in a long time. Probably same reason this time. Thats a lot of damage you're looking at folks!
