Yes there was an ACTUAL tornado. They think it may have been more than one as it also hit Irvine, CA, Corona, CA and SEVERAL cities in orange & Riverside Counties.
Wait, there was an actually tornado, or was the driver turning too quickly in the rain and wind? I haven't heard news of a tornado, just the warnings here.

Note the lack of damange to the glass on the building behind. I'll bet the driver is trying to avoid a citation for their driving.
